Primary Responsibilities:

  • As a Lead Auditor in the Automotive sector, evaluate management systems independently or collaboratively, focusing on ISO and IATF standards.
  • Act as a specialist in assessing the implementation of management systems.
  • Enhance overall quality and system improvements while fostering and developing partnerships with our collaborators.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Certification as a 3rd party IATF or ISO Lead Auditor is preferred;
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  • A minimum of four years of experience in the Automotive Supply Industry within recent years, ideally at an IATF certified OEM or Tier 1/Tier 2 supplier, or as an IATF qualified 3rd party auditor at a Certifying Body.
  • A comprehensive understanding of process management, statistical techniques (MSA, SPC), and the application of APQP, PPAP & FMEA in the Automotive field.
  • Fluency in both oral and written communication in Italian and English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • A readiness to travel to international locations.
