Job Title: Lead Auditor Multischeme

DNV is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Auditor to join our team. As a Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting 3rd party audits (certification audit) with demonstrated experience in ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular auditing field activities with efficiency and competence.
  • Manage relationships with clients and implement a customer-focused approach.
  • Ensure the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time.
  • Maintain/acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other registration as required.
  • Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timescales and economic frameworks.
  • Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel.
  • Act as a team player and contribute to an effective positive work environment.
  • Ensure effective communication with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders.
  • Use production tools dedicated to auditing activities and communicate updated data.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on MSC-related schemes (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 37001).
  • Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English language.
  • Demonstrated evidence of excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to build good relationships with customers.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage an Auditors Team assigned.
  • Strong and proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, and respect of deadlines.
  • Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools.
  • Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
