As a key member of our Audit Group, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting 3rd party audits (certification audit) with demonstrated experience in ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular auditing field activities with efficiency and competence.
- Manage relationships with clients and implement a customer-focused approach.
- Ensure that the independent nature of our scheme is not compromised at any time.
- Maintain and acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other relevant registration.
- Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timescales and economic frameworks.
- Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel.
- Act as a team player and contribute to an effective positive work environment.
- Ensure effective communication with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders.
- Use production tools dedicated to auditing activities and communicate updated data for proper issue and management of certificates.
- Perform back-office tasks such as contacting customers to confirm planned activities.
- Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on MSC-related schemes (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 37001)
- Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English language.
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Ability to coordinate and manage an Auditors Team assigned.
- Strong and proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respect of deadline, relations with clients, etc.
- Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools.
- Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
