Job Title: Lead Auditor ICT

As a Lead Auditor ICT, you will be responsible for leading audit teams in performing audits and assessments according to DNV standards and protocols. You will possess the knowledge and skills necessary to coordinate and conduct third-party audits, with a demonstrated experience in the ICT sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proceed with regular auditing field activities
  • Manage relationships with clients and implement a customer-focused approach
  • Carry out work efficiently and competently as required by instructions or the Quality System
  • Ensure the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised
  • Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow up as necessary
  • Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel
  • Maintain high morale by contributing to a positive work environment
  • Act as a team player and guide the professional development process
  • Ensure effective communication with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders
  • Perform back-office tasks such as contacting customers to confirm planned activities
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Lead Auditor on MSC-related schemes (ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 27001 and/or ISO 20000)
  • Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of the English language
  • Demonstrated evidence of excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to build good relationships with customers
  • Ability to coordinate and manage an Auditor Team assigned
  • Strong and proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respect of deadlines, relations with clients, etc.
  • Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools
  • Highest levels of integrity and professionalism
