Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular auditing field activities with efficiency and competence
* Manage client relationships and implement a customer-focused approach
* Ensure the independent nature of our scheme is maintained at all times
* Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other relevant registration
* Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow up as needed
* Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel
* Act as a team player and contribute to a positive work environment
* Ensure effective communication with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders
* Perform back-office tasks such as contacting customers to confirm planned activities

Requirements:

* Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on MSC-related schemes
* Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English language
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers
* Ability to coordinate and manage an audit team
* Strong attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, and working under pressure
* Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools
* Highest levels of integrity and professionalism
