Your Role

The position is in our ST Agrate 200mm Wafer Fab, Dry Etch process engineering group. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering robust manufacturing processes that meet deadlines, quality, and cost requirements while ensuring environmental compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality and cost targets
  • Draft equipment specifications and operational procedures
  • Manage SPC and APC controls for relevant equipment processes
  • Ensure equipment uptime and productivity targets, OEE targets in cooperation with colleagues
  • Collaborate with different functions, including Process Integration, Device Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and ICT
  • Manage process or technology qualification/transfer and industrialization
  • Develop and implement quality methodologies on working environment using risk assessment approaches
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, or Engineering
  • 0-4 years of work experience in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, statistical analysis skills, and good team work ability
  • Good presentation skills and English knowledge
