Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled HR Transformation Specialist to join our team in Milan.

The ideal candidate will be part of our HR & Transformation practice and will be involved in various projects, including:

  • Designing and implementing digital HR models
  • Reviewing and optimizing organizational structures
  • Developing future-proof HR strategies
  • Integrating ESG principles into HR processes
  • Analyzing productivity and organizational design
  • Implementing Lean HR and process optimization
  • Designing and managing virtual communities
  • Innovating HR competencies and training programs

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Psychology of Work and Organizations, Organizational Management, or Industrial Engineering.

They will also have 1-3 years of experience in a leading consulting firm or as a HR Director in a multinational company.

Excellent English language skills are required, with French being a plus.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of HRIS/HR Tech solutions
  • Knowledge of BI & Analytics tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
