About the Role:

As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for managing key global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizations.

You will gain a broad understanding of SCJ Procurement footprint, develop business partnership, and gain exposure to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Report, budget, and forecast Regional (EU and AMET) and Global Commodity Inflation PPV and own feedstock tracking reporting.
  • Partner with Global and Regional Procurement functions to identify and track annual cost savings opportunities, including working capital improvement.
  • Support MEA Finance validation for Procurement-led molds and investment at 3rd party manufacturer and supplier locations.
  • Support Commercial Finance on commodity-driven price increase justification.
  • Manage any key global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizations.
  • Lead Global Procurement process improvement initiatives and ensure procurement-related controls are in place.
  • Ensure financial controls are in place for signing and executing contracts in accordance with Delegation of Authority agreement.
  • Perform financial assessment of suppliers.
  • Partner to develop, influence, and implement category direct spend strategies.
  • Partner with the Procurement team on key direct and indirect negotiations.
  • Drive and support initiatives to increase AP and Cash value (SCF).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in FPA (Supply Chain Finance a plus).
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, and related.
