About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social and Paid Search Media Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our Media COE, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for brand and sub-brand campaigns across social media and search platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Media Strategies: Create and implement effective media plans to achieve business objectives and engage target audiences.
  • Align with Business Objectives: Ensure that all media campaigns are aligned with Lenovo's overall business strategy and goals.
  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key social media partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze Project Briefs: Analyze project briefs and objectives for social and search media activations to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Recommend Budgets and Timelines: Recommend budgets, timelines, and optimization strategies for media campaigns.
  • Monitor Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign performance against benchmarks and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Explore Novel Approaches: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and explore novel approaches to maximize the impact of media campaigns.
  • Manage Multiple Campaigns: Manage multiple campaigns across various countries in the EMEA region.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid social and search campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign trafficking, QA processes, and performance monitoring.
  • Hands-on Experience with Platforms: Hands-on experience with platforms like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.
  • Strong Understanding of Digital Campaign Metrics: Strong understanding of digital campaign metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Track Campaign Performance: Track campaign performance and define optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with Running Campaigns: Familiarity with running campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and Discord.
  • Proficiency in Campaign Trafficking: Proficiency in campaign trafficking, social ad formats, conversion pixels, and UTM tracking.
  • Fluent in English and Italian: Fluent in English and Italian.
