Job Description

Chronos Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Neuro Medical Device sales efforts in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of capital medical devices, with a focus on the Neurosurgery market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the sales strategy for the Neuro Medical Device portfolio in Europe
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and partners in the region
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans and materials
  • Lead the process of obtaining reimbursement for our products in the region
  • Work closely with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of capital medical devices in Europe
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
