Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Technician to join our Industrial Water Treatment Sales organization in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all scheduled service at our customer site on time and as scheduled by his manager. They will work with the sales team to ensure sales growth at the customer site/area and district. The Service Technician will develop day-to-day activities to secure and grow our business, ensure all needed communications are taking place with our customer, and provide all reports to customers in the assigned format in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all scheduled service at our customer site on time and as scheduled by his manager.
  • Work with sales team to ensure sales growth at customer site/area and district.
  • Work with sales representatives to develop day-to-day activities to secure and grow our business.
  • Ensure all needed communications are taking place with our customer including inventory, testing and equipment.
  • Focus on removing routine testing or / and service activities from sales representatives.
  • Provide all reports to customers in the assigned format in a timely manner.
  • Provide timely response on requests for information from customers and managers.
  • Monitor chemical inventory to ensure no run out situations take place. Make sure we have proper lead time for each product.
  • Check all feed equipment to make sure there are no issues.
  • Provide first level maintenance on the equipment.
  • Troubleshoot.


Requirements:

  • Higher or Intermediary Education preferably Chemistry, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or Perito chimico is required, or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Service experience or knowledge in the Water treatment (Refinery & Petrochemical industry) will be a distinctive advantage.
  • Customer focus - Ability to fulfil customer needs and expectations. Must be professional and confident with internal and external customers.


What You'll Bring:

  • Skill in water treatment, chemistry, or environmental engineering.
  • Able to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and customer focus skills.
