Descrizione del Ruolo:

Il Data Scientist di Eurobet è responsabile di attivare procedure e strumenti per migliorare la conoscenza del cliente online, estraendo dati e creando trend di analisi di supporto al management.

Compiti Principali:

  • Creare modelli predittivi per il Marketing in funzione dell'obiettivo.
  • Supportare le diverse funzioni Marketing con l'analisi della Customer Base, identificando i fenomeni che la caratterizzano, nonché monitorando periodicamente i KPI di business della Customer Base.
  • Conoscere i modelli di segmentazione, propensity scoring e predictive supportandone l'analisi descrittiva.
  • Collaborare alla definizione del ciclo di vita del cliente attraverso l'identificazione, la differenziazione in base al loro valore e al loro comportamento di gioco.
  • Monitorare i risultati del pLTV dei clienti e del loro relativo ROI, con focus sui diversi canali di acquisizione.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in discipline matematiche/statistiche o cultura equivalente.
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nell'analisi dei dati e nello sviluppo di modelli utilizzati in ambito marketing, maturata presso aziende orientate al consumatore finale, preferibilmente con focus e-commerce.
  • Comprovata esperienza nell'analisi statistica e nella realizzazione di modelli predittivi.
  • Comprovata esperienza nell'utilizzo di python, preferibile anche per la creazione di modelli predittivi.
  • Conosce le tecniche di creazione dei modelli predittivi ed è in grado di fare valutazioni sulla validità e accuratezza negli stessi.
  • Ottima conoscenza di python, buona conoscenza dei linguaggi python e SQL e di applicativi quali: Tableau, Anaconda Jupyter, PyCharm, RStudio, Teradata Sql Assistant o applicativi affini.
  • Approccio hands-on, proattività, flessibilità cognitiva e capacità di lavorare in team.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Power Point.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
