Boston Consulting Group is seeking a talented Healthcare Strategy Consultant to join our global Health Care team. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside top minds in the industry to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for our clients, create value for society, and improve outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on impactful projects that combine a deep understanding of the specific business with BCG's trademark strategic expertise
  • Play a role in the growth of diverse topics through case execution and client development
  • Work on top priority topics while gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand complex business challenges
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights and develop strategic recommendations
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the solutions proposed are tailored to the client's specific context
  • Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to both the BCG project team and client stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in healthcare strategy consulting firm or industry player focused on healthcare
  • Proven time, people, and project management skills
  • Strong academic track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel frequently
