We are seeking highly motivated and curious individuals to join our Graduate Programme in Sales, Trading and Structuring. This programme is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the global markets and equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Why Join Our Programme?
As a Sales, Trading and Structuring Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including sales, trading, and structuring. You will be responsible for providing market insights, executing trades, and developing new products and services. Our teams provide market insights, execution services, and tailored risk management and financing solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of small research projects to support strategic decision making
- Preparation of presentations and reports to communicate research findings
- Collaboration with senior management to implement research findings
- Identification of opportunities and development of business cases
- Management of client relationships and provision of customer service support
- Management of the development and implementation of financial models and strategies
Requirements
- Motivated and curious individual with a degree or expected degree in any area
- Fluent in English and Italian, desirable in German, French, Spanish, or other
- Interest in business and finance, good work ethic, and keen to learn and develop a technical skill set
