Job Title: Gbs - Payroll & Benefits Country Team Leader (It)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll & Benefits Country Team Leader to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of ~ 6 people responsible for payroll services (including benefit management) according to the given procedures:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulation and company standards.
  • Ensure the payroll production at the right time and in the appropriate way.
  • Evaluate every request raised by the local HR BSA management.
  • Analyze the information for reporting purpose and proactively report any inconsistency.
  • Partner with external payroll, time, and benefits provider to ensure the best services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Law, Accounting, or similar.
  • Experience in payroll.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of another language (especially French, Dutch, or Italian) is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of IT Tools (Word, Excel, ...), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Being a team player who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and good time management.
  • Being curious and eager to improve his/her own knowledge.
  • Proactive and autonomous working style.
