About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Specialist to join our team at Haleon. As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing educational and promotional campaigns for our Oral Care and Gynecology brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand and category strategies to engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KEEs).
  • Work closely with expert marketing teams to understand and implement Haleon's framework, training, and tools for delivering to HCPs and KEEs.
  • Execute territory plans using segmentation and targeting principles, and report results daily into the CRM system.
  • Deliver persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendations of Haleon-brands through face-to-face calls, workshops, and local events.
  • Support the launch of new product development campaigns through science-based face-to-face calls, workshops, and local events.
  • Engage and manage KEEs and HCP associations/scientific societies.
  • Attend local and national conferences related to the area of interest and deliver educational/training interventions.
  • Organize and manage dental school training and engagement programs for future HCPs.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for customer-facing roles, including adverse events, write-right, EFPIA rules, scientific engagement, and sample management.
  • Share best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer to peers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Medicine and surgery, biological sciences, chemistry with organic or biological stream, or pharmacy degree.
  • Previous relevant experience in the role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Ability to develop professional, empathetic working relationships with HCPs, KEEs, associations, and colleagues.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Team player with affinity for the dental environment.
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of hardware (i-pad) and software systems (MS Office-CRM).

Location

Agrigento or Caltanissetta.
