About the Role

We're seeking an expert field specialist to join our team at Haleon, a new world-leading consumer health company. As an expert field specialist, you will be responsible for implementing educational/promotional campaigns for Haleon brands in the oral care and gynecology sectors. Your primary goal will be to deliver company objectives by translating strategies into action, targeting selected customers, and using the right monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan using segmentation and targeting principles.
• Deliver persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendation of Haleon-brands through science-based face-to-face calls, workshops with HCPs, and local events.
• Engage and manage KEEs and HCP associations/scientific societies.
• Support and attend local, national conferences related to the area of interest and deliver educational/training interventions.
• Organize and manage Dental School to train and engage future Dental HCPs.
• Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer-facing roles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Medicine and surgery, biological sciences, chemistry with organic or biological stream, or pharmacy.
• Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong communications and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Good analytical skills.
• Team player with affinity for the dental environment.
• Strong communication skills and good knowledge of hardware and software systems.

Location

Agrigento or Caltanissetta.
