Position Overview

The Expert Field Specialist plays a crucial role in executing educational and promotional initiatives for Haleon’s product lines, specifically in Oral Care and Gynecology. This position involves translating strategic objectives into actionable plans tailored for healthcare professionals, including dentists and gynecologists, while utilizing effective monitoring tools to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, implementing brand and category strategies directed at healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand and align with Haleon’s delivery framework for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Develop and execute territory plans based on segmentation and targeting, ensuring regular reporting in the CRM system to track sales performance.
  • Deliver compelling, science-based narratives to influence recommendations for Haleon products through face-to-face interactions, workshops, and local events.
  • Support the launch of new products through targeted campaigns and educational initiatives.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and professional associations to foster relationships and collaboration.
  • Participate in local and national conferences, providing educational sessions when applicable.
  • Organize training programs for dental students to prepare future healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure adherence to all operational protocols for customer-facing roles, including compliance with industry regulations.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing among peers to enhance collective expertise.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Medicine, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficient in building professional relationships with healthcare professionals and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Team-oriented with a passion for the dental field.
  • Proficient in technology, including iPads and MS Office applications.
