About the Role

We're seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our financial products across Europe, South Africa, and Emerging Markets. As a key member of our international marketing team, you'll develop and document product marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document product marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our financial products.
  • Gather market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Brief and manage the creation of compelling marketing materials, including content, advertising material, and customer communication.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • About 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of trading and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
