About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Portfolio Specialist to join our team in Hematology. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all marketing activities in the assigned territory, aligning with Sysmex's strategy and marketing plan.
  • Responsible for achieving the expected ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve all sales objectives and key commercial metrics.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Sysmex Solutions, their value proposition, and impact on customers' operations.
  • Articulate and discuss scientific and clinical value with laboratory stakeholders and physicians.
  • Provide training to the sales team to drive sales excellence.
  • Gain valuable insights on market trends, competition, and customer evolution to improve marketing strategy and objection handling.
  • Prepare analysis of market trends and competitive presence and strategy in the market.
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions with the sales, application, and service teams.
  • Apply value selling methodologies by understanding needs and critical success factors.
  • Lead the preparation of technical documentation for public tenders and post-award analysis of prices and competitive materials.
  • Support all activities related to product lifecycle management.
  • Participate in events and congresses at local and national levels.
  • Maintain effective internal relationships by engaging with relevant individuals and functions.
  • Trace the sales process and activities by maintaining updated information on the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent.
  • Business Management qualification would be a plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Professional Experience
  • 3-5 years of cumulative experience in the IVD industry in commercial functions (sales, marketing, or application support).
  • Hands-on experience in the field is a plus.
  • Scientific and Product knowledge (Expert) in Hematology.
  • Previous experience in sales is a strong plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including making impactful presentations.
  • Solution Selling.
  • Tender management.
