About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Production Manager to join our team at Enel Green Power. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the management of production in shift and coordinating the supervisors of the different production areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate technical and safety aspects in shift of the production line and in respective area managers
  • Supervise assigned resources, organizing the shift and tasks; analyze and manage staff on shift (attendance, limitations, absenteeism)
  • Analyze data related to different production departments related to your shift to evaluate trends by comparing them with assigned targets (KPI)
  • Stimulate employee motivation with continuous improvement activities
  • Improve and simplify manual production activities
  • Manage human error analysis activities
  • Prepare reworking plans
  • Collaborate with various business areas (quality, engineering, maintenance) to achieve agreed objectives
  • Apply and control all quality control techniques to guarantee required production yield
  • Manage training and certification of personnel in production line
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical/Management)
  • At least 3 years' experience in continuous cycle manufacturing sectors with experience in resource management and production processes
  • Excellent knowledge of safety standards and related documentation (DVR, work permits, safety plans)
  • Excellent knowledge of MES platform for management of production process
  • Knowledge of Ergonomics and NVAA topics
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS and Word, Excel applications
  • Use of software and tools for diagnosis
  • Knowledge of English language
