Contract Logistics Quality Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Contract Logistics Quality Specialist - Healthcare Operations Manager in our Siziano office.
Your role will support the Contract Logistics Quality Manager for Healthcare products, ensuring that all aspects of quality management and compliance within the healthcare logistics sector are maintained at the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality control procedures, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improving operational processes to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of healthcare products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve the Quality Management System (CAPA, Non-conformities, Trainings, Audit, Quality Agreement)
- Prepare draft of new procedures and operating instructions in support to the quality function
- Participate in the review of processes, pushing towards innovation of the entire quality process
- Product and services' inspection and approval
- Tracking and responding to complaints
- Monitoring of all suppliers related to quality activities
- Managing and investigating deviations
- Internal audit program and compliance management
You will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations. You will also prepare audit reports on the results of quality inspections, evaluate outcomes, and propose corrective measures.
Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and the Logistics field. Knowledge of quality management system procedures, familiarity with ISO, GDP, and GMP standards is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential.
