Job Description

We are looking for an intern to work alongside our branch manager in a logistics center dedicated to pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The objective of the internship is to assist the branch manager in analyzing time and method flows, maintaining existing key performance indicator (KPI) reports, and creating new reports that enable identifying possible improvements.

This analysis will contribute to the continuous improvement of the warehouse and the creation of standards for Contract Logistics Healthcare with the aim of replicating them in other warehouses of the same vertical.

Your Role

As a Warehouse Operations Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Learning the logic of a pharmaceutical and healthcare warehouse
  • Maintaining existing KPIs and creating new reports
  • Analyzing times and methods for the main warehouse flows
  • Using the internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) for data extraction and subsequent analysis activities
  • Learning pharmaceutical rules and regulations governing supply chain activities
  • Supporting continuous improvement and the creation of standards useful to the entire Contract Logistics Healthcare sector
