Healthcare Warehouse Operations Specialist

The role involves working in a dedicated logistics center for pharmaceutical and healthcare products. As an intern, you will support the branch manager by analyzing warehouse flows, maintaining existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and creating new reports to identify improvement opportunities.
This analysis will enable continuous improvement of the warehouse and standardization of Contract Logistics Healthcare processes with the goal of replicating them in other warehouses within the same vertical.
Your Responsibilities- Learn the operations of a pharmaceutical and healthcare warehouse
- Maintain existing KPIs and create new reports to track performance
- Analyze times and methods for main warehouse flows
- Use the internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) for data extraction and analysis
- Learn pharmaceutical regulations governing supply chain activities
- Support continuous improvement and standardization efforts for Contract Logistics Healthcare
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Persuasive communication skills
Estimated salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
