Job Title: Volleyball Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Volleyball Coach to join our team at Natrona County School. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our volleyball team, developing and implementing training programs, and promoting a positive and supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor the volleyball team to achieve success in competitions and tournaments.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and player skills.
  • Promote a positive and supportive team culture that encourages player development and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and productive team environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and practices to ensure players are meeting their full potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and player skills.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
  • Ensure compliance with all school and district policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current coaching certification and CPR/First Aid certification required.
  • Experience coaching volleyball at the high school or collegiate level preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate team practices and competitions.

The successful candidate will be required to travel to away games and tournaments, as needed.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on player development and team success.
