We are seeking a highly skilled Project Installation Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all site operations, ensuring seamless integration of the complete system.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and organize site activities, including site facilities, resources, and tools
- Develop and maintain plans, procedures, and work method statements for installation and test & commissioning
- Oversee work packages assigned for site operations and manage installation works for all sub-systems and system equipment
- Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring quality and delivery through site visits, inspections, and assessments
- Manage interfaces with third parties, including facilities providers and civil work partners
- Coordinate industrial, procurement, and logistics activities, including procurement of field and installation equipment
- Ensure continuous installation performance improvement within the project
- Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the product line
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in field work execution in the railway sector
- Strong understanding of interface processes between civil works and rail sub-systems
- Experience in Environment, Health & Safety, and knowledge of local legal requirements
- Experience in management and evaluation of subcontractors
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills
Location: We can hire in our sites of Bologna, Florence, Rome, or Bari. Mandatory requirement: availability to travel in Italy and work in the field 5 days a week.
