Join Our Team as a Junior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Specialist to join our team at Gi Group Italia. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and guidance on labor costs to our colleagues in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elaborate pay slips
  • First-level labor consultation
  • Elaborate support reports
  • Manage absences, injuries, and maternity leave
  • Communicate with authorities and post-pay practices
  • Consult with branches on pay slips
  • Consult with the business on labor law and costs
  • Stay up-to-date on labor law regulations
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in labor consulting or structured companies
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Laurea in Giurisprudenza and attendance to a course on Payroll are preferred
