  • Verifica delle fatture nei programmi gestionali e nella contabilità.
  • Stampa e registrazione degli e/c di conto corrente e delle carte di credito relative ai Centri e a Promos.
  • Preparazione dello scadenziario mensile delle fatture passive e autorizzazione Ri.ba.
  • Redazione del bilancio trimestrale e annuale di Promos e dei centri.
  • Preparazione della documentazione necessaria agli incontri trimestrali con il Sindaco Unico di Promos.
