About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for scheduling production based on material availability and production department needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule production to meet market demands and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Collaborate with production departments to define production targets and priorities
  • Work with external and internal suppliers to guarantee raw material and component availability
  • Monitor production processes and provide support in case of rescheduling due to production or quality issues
  • Develop and implement new tools and methods to improve production visibility and efficiency
  • Support logistics, NPI, quality, and production departments with analysis and prioritization
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as backorder, NPI, OEE, and efficiency

Requirements

  • Engineering degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in production planning or a related field
  • Advanced computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SAP, and Power BI
