Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and curious candidate to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the designing, implementing, and reviewing of procedures and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Process Measurement Analysis: Analyze overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, and flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process Parameters Management: Manage and analyze chemical and physical parameters of production steps to understand product characteristics and behavior.
- Design of Experiments (DOE) and Testing: Manage DOE and testing plans to optimize process parameters.
- Problem Solving and Implementation: Identify and implement solutions for safety and quality improvement, cost reduction, and lead time reduction.
- Economic Management and Business Case Elaboration: Handle economic assessments and develop business case studies.
- Process Standardization and Optimization: Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes.

- You are a great communicator and mediator.
