ENVISION YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and enterprising talent to join our Manufacturing team at the Sedico RX Plant. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing control procedures to ensure all equipment and processes are operating within the Control Plan (PCP). You will analyze PCP deviations and manage actions to resolve PCP gaps, promoting continuous improvement in relation to the plant's KPIs: Quality, Efficiency and Costs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement process control plans (PCPs) and ensure they are followed
• Organize and structure problem-solving activities
• Analyze existing processes and drive improvements
• Collaborate on industrial project launches and new product development
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in complex environments as a Process Engineer. You should have strong knowledge of Plastic Materials and Injection moulding Process, or Mechanical Manufacturing, or Coating processes. Additionally, you should have strong Project Management skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and strong facilitation and communication skills.
