As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front office operations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge services.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian, with a third language required.
  • Hotel Management Software: Knowledge of hotel management software, such as Scrigno or similar systems.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Professional Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role, preferably at an international level.
