**Job Description**
We are seeking a Project Manager Implementation for industrial shelving and vertical warehouses to join our Logistics Systems team. The successful candidate will report to the Implementation Manager for Racks and be based in our Rome office.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to the design, procurement, and implementation of industrial shelving and vertical warehouse projects. This will include collaborating with the Product Engineer and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Project Planning and Coordination**: Plan and coordinate all project activities, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- **Site Management**: Manage site activities, including site inspections, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations (e.g., D.Lgs. 81/08 and subsequent amendments).
- **Documentation and Communication**: Prepare and manage project documentation, including design drawings, installation specifications, and site reports. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**: Collaborate with the Product Engineer and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Foster a positive and productive team environment.
- **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**: Identify and resolve project-related issues, making informed decisions to ensure project success.
**Requirements:**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent Italian and good English language skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office and Autocad.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure and industrial projects. Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites (e.g., D.Lgs. 81/08 and subsequent amendments) is an asset.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
