Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Analyst to support our international procurement programs and projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cost, quality, delivery, reliability, and time to market goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of sourcing and procurement strategies and plans together with Offer and Project Teams.
• Identify and capture demand, and work with potential suppliers to establish sourcing strategies.
• Prepare and coordinate the RFx Process, and support the preparation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
• Analyze contract proposals and lead the formulation of strategy and negotiation of pricing, delivery, terms and conditions.
• Support the analysis and evaluation of all elements of cost for commodity groups to identify cost improvements.
• Participate in the development of strategies and tactics to maximize supplier base cost/value.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and our Procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced level of spoken and written English is required; any additional languages are a plus.
