About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled bartender to join our team at The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Venice. As a Commis de Bar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the success of our bar operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering
  • Participate in staff training and development programs

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of bartending experience in a luxury setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Possession of a valid bartending license (if required by local law)
