Position Overview

We are seeking talented individuals to enhance our team. Below are the primary responsibilities and qualifications associated with this role.

Job Title:

Control System Engineer - Innovation

The selected candidate will join our advanced control development team, focusing on the design and validation of cutting-edge technologies for smart home appliances.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive studies and reviews of the current state of technology to inform research initiatives;
  • Developing and identifying mathematical models with lumped parameters for physical processes;
  • Designing and calibrating control and optimization algorithms utilizing standard or advanced methodologies (including control theory and/or machine learning);

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

Technical Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Control, Robotics, Automation, Computer, or Electronics Engineering;
  • Profound understanding of Control Theory;
  • Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms;
  • General knowledge of data analysis techniques;
  • Familiarity with computing architectures (both embedded and cloud computing);
  • Advanced proficiency in Matlab/Simulink;
  • Competent in Python programming;
  • Basic understanding of sensor and actuator physics;
  • General programming skills in C/C++;

Non-Technical Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for algorithm and control design;
  • High level of curiosity;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team;
  • Openness to innovation;
  • Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
