Job Title: Senior Proposal Engineer - Solar and BESS

LHH, a global leader in HR solutions, is seeking a Senior Proposal Engineer - Solar and BESS to join our team. As a key member of our Proposal Department, you will be responsible for managing and developing proposals for solar and energy storage projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze tender documents and client requirements to develop competitive proposals.
  • Design and develop technical proposals, including electrical sizing and layout of solar and energy storage systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
  • Prepare technical reports, including schematics, layouts, and architectures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in proposal engineering, preferably in the solar and energy storage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, including cabling and electrical sizing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
