Job Description:

The successful candidate will be part of the Sales area with the position of Proposal Engineer, reporting to the Proposal and R&D Manager.

The main objective of this role is to manage activities aimed at preparing sales offers for machinery and plants in accordance with customer specifications, preparing technical documentation, and commercial offers.

Main Activities:

  • Manage the technical offer team;
  • Analyze technical specifications of received customer offers;
  • Set up detailed process and system layout;
  • Manage technical verification processes of elements;
  • Prepare technical offer documents;
  • Calculate/Estimate costs;

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in offer processes for international tenders;
  • Experience in mechanical system dimensioning;
  • Knowledge of structural calculation basics;
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D design software;
  • English language level B2;

Offer:

A direct contract with the company, with a salary commensurate with previous experience (40K/50K range).
