About the Role:

The Training Specialist will be responsible for the coordination and execution of training programs for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. This individual will evaluate and refine processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness and production across all departments in the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily analysis of main Learning & Development Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Partner with Operations and other Support functions to improve the overall learning experience of new hires and cross-trainees
  • Perform performance root cause analysis and deliver effective coaching
  • Ensure standard training procedures are up-to-date, reflecting current business needs and delivered against EU standards
  • Deliver training programs and conduct audits
  • Supervise Instructor and Peer Trainers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Proficient spoken and written local language
  • Intermediate English (B1 minimum)
  • Advanced knowledge in all MS Office packages
  • Well-honed communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver feedback, coaching, and training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective time management and teamwork
  • Ability to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Basic understanding of project management

Additional Skills:

  • Excel coding skills (VBA, PowerQuery) would be an asset
