About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Quality Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality operations meet the highest standards of cGMP and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Quality Operations team to ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement quality procedures and protocols to ensure accurate and proactive business partnership with site functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks and deficiencies
  • Support the Qualified Person in product disposition and issues assessment
  • Ensure respect for corporate quality standards through auditing and overseeing the application of procedures
  • Guarantee the surveillance of on-shift production activities to proactively increase the Quality Culture within the Departments
Requirements
  • Expertise in pharmaceutical companies and exposure to clients and regulatory matters
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
