Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Nord-Ovest territory within the OEM Sales Area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing a customer-centric vision and growth mindset approach to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Mission:

  • Establish strong relationships with assigned customers at every level of the organization
  • Develop and execute tailored business plans to meet customer needs
  • Coordinate sales representatives to achieve quarterly sales objectives
  • Drive digital transformation and innovation in the sales process

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in industrial automation, motion control, and digitalization fields
  • Knowledge of Siemens products and solutions
  • Strong customer-centric approach and ability to handle resources, activities, and time
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
