Key Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Meetings and Planning

  • Hold pre-installation meetings with the customer to scope unique requirements and create a plan of action to meet customer needs.

2. Tool Installation and Testing

  • Install KLA tools at customer sites according to specifications, through system testing and validation.
  • Perform tasks such as light source integration, optical alignment, and precision calibration.
  • Verify tool performance and stability through testing and calibration.

3. Problem-Solving and Issue Management

  • Solve complex system issues in a timely manner using analytical skills and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Manage critical issues across customers and regions, ensuring timely resolution.

4. Customer Satisfaction and Training

  • Meet with customers to facilitate verification of tool performance and provide warranty support.
  • Provide new product installation training to worldwide customer support engineering teams.
