Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Vertiv Holdings. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning and manage project execution at the right cost, on time.
  • Create detailed project plans/timelines and ensure coordination of activities on the critical path.
  • Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Estimate project cost and keep it under control by managing expenses effectively.
  • Identify key issues and drive decisions to ensure that the project does not slip.
  • Work with resource managers to identify and obtain required resources to adequately staff projects.
  • Enforce established processes to ensure consistency and quality in project execution.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication skills to work with peers, general management, upper management, outside vendors, and production Plants as required.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others with no direct authority.
  • Ability to navigate Organizational complexity and identify the most appropriate stakeholder(s) for each task with minimum guidance.
  • Experience with coordinating meetings both in presence and remote.
  • Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any technical domain (Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous work experience in project management or coordination.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian.
