Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to support our Commercial team in driving sales, acquisition, and Nespresso visibility across trade channels. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our key retail partners, negotiating and managing contracts, and monitoring sales performance and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutual profitability and alignment with company objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management
  • Identify and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Understanding of P&L drivers
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
