Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Designer to join our creative team in Milan. As a Fashion Designer - Menswear Collection, you will be responsible for creating compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs for our menswear lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage design concepts from mood-board to concept definition, product development to final product.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seek design inspiration.
  • Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
  • Ensure product is in agreement with product strategy and brand philosophy.
  • Select fabrics and trims.
  • Creating production sketches for development packages.
  • Collaborate with the production and technical team to ensure developments of patterns or tech packages are accurate.
  • Review product for style and fit during presentations.
  • Presenting story, mood, color boards and sales samples to buyers.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or fine arts.
  • 3+ years of experience in the same field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator and CAD for pattern creation.
  • Availability to travel for research and product development.
  • Excellent design and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent sense of style and color.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
