Job Summary:
We are seeking a Health and Safety Consultant to join our Sustainable Operations team at Arcadis Italy. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to consolidate and deepen your knowledge in international projects and structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Health and Safety Due Diligences
- Identify potential Health and Safety costs and define corrective actions to meet legislative requirements and associated costs
- Conduct Health and Safety Compliance audits aimed at assessing Health and Safety compliance against local legislation, internal clients, and European standards
- Provide Health and Safety consulting services
- Develop and implement Health and Safety integrated management systems
- Develop and implement legal tracking systems, Health and Safety training
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Health and Safety Compliance Audits, Health and Safety Due Diligences, and related consultancy services
- Studies: Degree in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Sciences
- Excellent level of English (B2/C1)
- Knowledge of current Italian legislation framework regarding Health and Safety requirements
- Development, implementation, and auditing of Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), and Safety (ISO 45001) Management Systems
- Excellent abilities of analysis and synthesis
- Excellent relationship skills and teamwork attitude
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
