Job Title: Accounting and Administration Manager

Galileo Global Education is seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Administration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Finance in overseeing the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, including control systems and transaction-processing operations.
  • Develop and implement accounting systems to enhance automation and support the company's growth and complexity.
  • Collaborate with the Headquarters team and local finance teams to manage the annual financial audit and ensure a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support the Head of Finance in reviewing and analyzing legal and financial agreements, and managing the legal and administrative steps for new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the Finance Team in the management and control of agents' commissions invoices, in cooperation with the sales team.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Professional accounting and business economic qualification.
  • Minimum of 3/5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Pro-active attitude and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Pragmatic and comfortable with dynamic environments.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excel Advanced.
  • English (mandatory) B2/C1.
