**Unlocking Efficiency in Manufacturing**

At Freudenberg, we're seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Director to spearhead our production efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Implement lean principles and methodologies to optimize production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  • Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory management to ensure adequate inventory levels.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical management roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
  • Experience in project management, demonstrating successful planning and execution of complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using manufacturing software.
  • Excellent level of English (C1).
