Your Role in Operations
The vision for our expanding Operations Team encompasses a blend of experienced and emerging professionals who bring Project Management and Operational Planning/Execution expertise from diverse terminal backgrounds.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage in process design, business analysis, and project management.
- Collaborate regularly with internal departments such as Civil Engineering, Equipment, IT & Automation, and external stakeholders including vendors and consultants.
- Contribute to the implementation of advanced automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations while leading by example.
- Actively report improvement opportunities to your direct supervisor.

Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who are curious and eager to share knowledge, regardless of their level of experience. While we do not expect candidates to possess all the following skills, the ideal candidate should have:
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Italian and/or German is advantageous).
- Experience in terminal operations, particularly in planning and executing container operations.
- Familiarity with various container handling equipment.
- Background in industrial automation and safety regulations.
- Skills in process mapping, gap analysis, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with AI applications in industrial settings and operational simulation methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
