About the Role

TESISQUARE S.p.A. is seeking a highly skilled Service Unit Manager to lead our Customer Success Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our service units, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Quality Management: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed service quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve service processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of diverse seniorities, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Knowledge Management: Supervise the transfer of knowledge within the team and ensure that best practices are documented and shared.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure exceptional results.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Report regularly to internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates on service performance and progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from other specialized teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of SQL and/or object-oriented programming languages.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and punctuality in handling tasks.
  • Result Orientation: Strong focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Experience: Previous experience in similar roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years, preferably in areas such as EDI, electronic invoicing, supply chain, transportation & logistics, and manufacturing.
